Morning All,

I just wondered if you lovely people could give your views.

I never eat my activity points as I only used to do Zumba twice a week and wanted to use the points i earned to help increase my weight loss.

I've decided to up my exercise and do the 30 day shred dvd. My intention is to do every day apart from my zumba nights which will mean every day I will earn 4 activity points.

I'm now wondering should I start eating some of my activity points so that I continue to have a good amount of points for my body. I'm concerned that doing all this exercise could give me a sts which will be totally demoralising for me of I'm exercising more.

I have never eaten any AP's but i do measure myself once a month so that if i am not loosing the pounds at least i know i am loosing inches. I think its mostly a case of trial and error, everyone is different and you have to work out which works best for you xx

Hi there, ive being doing the shred for nearly 2 weeks, i dont eat my AP, just my weeklies and dailies.
