    Hey I guys I was just wondering really I understand the daily pro points and weekly pro points but how do people gain the other points activity ones? Xx

    Beta pedometer at ur meeting they are great and tell u how much you got

    i'm going to treat myself to a pedometer as they're quite expensive but really worthwhile. I'll put my pp earned towards weightloss too :) xxxx

    I use the weight watchers one and I have to say I'd be lost with out it it's amazing

    How long does it take just doing your regular day to day things to gain 1pp? xx

    Roughly 6500 steps for 1 point and 1 point for every 1500 steps after that

    bought the pedometer at my meeting on saturday and have yet to gain any points just doing regular day to day things. Will need to take the dog out tonight and see if i can earn any xxx
