Basically i weigh in every monday...i try to hide the scales so i don't get addicted to weighing myself. But basically today i had to weigh myself. I started my new routine on monday and todays Saturday and guess what i've lost 7lbs.
Is that good or bad.
Is it healthy i don't know. I guess the first week i should expect to see high numbers because its my first week, like on the biggest loser (but obviously not to the extreme lol)
