Add a meal week

    Hi,

    I will be having an add-a-meal-week starting friday. Though the numbers / amount of food I can have compared to Cambridge USA and UK are different I was wondering if someone could please tell me what spices / herbs I can use and which veggies. I don't have a list, my counceller gave me amounts of white fish/chicken/cottage cheese but it didn't really say much about what kind of vegtables are allowed and if I'd be allowed any spices/seasoning such as peper and if I'd be allowed any kind of dressing yes/no.

    I know there are different topics on this but I would be very pleased if someone could answer me here, it'd solve a lot of my 'worries'.

    my book says 2 tablespoons of any of the followinf veg
    asparagus
    broccoli
    cabbage
    cauliflower
    celery
    courgettes
    cucumber
    lettuce( all kinds)
    spinach

    dosnt say about herbs etc

    Thank you for that, helps out so much!

    I hope someone can tell me something about ''allowed'' spices or sauces or anything..

    the book just says no salt to be used but you can use calorie free dressings and seasonings. avoid oilbased salad dressings and those containing fat.

    Oh, okay! Thanks a lot :) I'll see if there's calorie free dressing in our local supermarket ^.^
