I've noticed recently that all of my episodes where I over do the syns are triggered by fibrous foods:
HiFi bars
Dates
Ryvita
Any cereal !
Is it just me ??? Perhaps my binge mentality is still there only I've substituted unhealthy foods for healthy fibrous (but still syn ful) foods ?
