Here's where i'll kind of introduce myself and my diary. I decided to do a diary as i thought it would be a good way to write down what i'm doing, whilst also sharing it with others.
I'm 20 and living in Leeds, and i know it sounds silly but i feel like all the weight has just crept up on me.
I've only been overweight for about the last 3 years, i think mainly due to comfort eating.
Although my mum thinks it's because when i lived with my Dad me and my sister didn't eat that much, my dad never went shopping or made food so we didn't really eat much, anyway she thinks it might be because when me and my sister were finally able to eat (lots!) when we moved in with my mum, i ate a lot!! although my sister is not overweight.
anyway....i'm a size 20, and about 17 stone 7lbs, starting lipotrim today. For the last two weeks i have been eating healthily and doing exercise and lost 3lbs each week, but want something a bit quicker.
For the first week i decided to get 7 chocolate shakes,4 strawberry shakes, 5 soups and 5 flapjacks. I heard that the flapjacks were awful, i thought how can they be that bad and after about an hour of eating it, still only eaten about an 8th!!so now i can see, it's not so much the taste, but they're just hard to eat!
in terms of my goal, i'm honestly not sure,ideally i would like to be a size 12 but i'm not sure with my frame whether i would look okay, i obviously want to lose a lot of weight to be healthy and to look nicer!!
afterthe first week is over, so after my body gets used to everything, i'm going to start doing exercise. for the last few months i've been doing exercise and enjoyed it.
a bit of cardio everyday, and then strength training every other day just to help tone up whilst i lose weight.
i'll probably post another entry tonight, i enjoy reading everyone's diary hope some enjoy this!
