adios, I have tried this , but really I found it was time to say ADIOS to it ....
Just like green tea , but i'm very unsure if it really does anything at all .
I think dieting will be the way to lose weight .

I have tired it and infact still have it in the cupboard...

what a waste of time, actually it turned my whites of my eyes yellow lol but did nothing for my wasitline, really don't bother.

Occaisionally I am seduced by these new diet pills etc, the lastest being Acia Berry, which has been on Oprah apparently. I just wouldn't bother, they don't work, less cals and excercise is the way to go. I actually had those orange pills from the docs, that well make your stools orange (sorry at least I'm helping to put you off your lunch lol) and they helped me to lose 6lbs then my body got resistant to them...

There is no quick fix I'm afraid :)

I had Adios pills and you guessed it, i don't use them. They cost about £6 and did nothing. What i did find also they gave me HURRENDOUS stomach pains very low down! I do not recommend them! Yes calorie counting is proving to have slowed down for me and i am moaning about it and i would do anything to speed it up BUT these don't work haha

oh wait Xenical is not like adios, its the new ones that every one is raving about from boots, cant memeber the name. not nice side effects.

been trying adios for last 2 weeks on a low cal diet. with a healthy range of food, and not lost ANY weight

    Do you mean Alli?
I saw an advert on TV the other night. I think it's a fat blocker like Xenical.
I've been on that and boy do you get wind and nasty poo if you you're not careful.
