advantages

1) lose weight
2) that feel of achievement when you get weighed
3) clothes fit then become looser and looser
4) skin looks fab (well eventually for me)
5) learn to appreciate food more
6) makes you realsie you are not a loser you can do this
7) finding minimins

disadvantages

1) constant peeing

2) the odd bout of constipation

3) watching andrex shares rise due to your bulk buying of loo roll
4) laying in bed at night and finding it`s a little bit more windier than normal

5) having people think you got gingivitus due to bad breathe
6) watching colgate shares rise due to all the teeth cleaning and tongue brushing
7) looking in the mirror and finding another spot

not going shopping and standing in long queues
not thinking "what will I have for dinner tonight??!"
feeling less sluggish
more time to go in the arcade!!!


Disadvantages:

NO alcohol!!!
no shared intimate dinners for two
having to know where all the public toilets are before setting off anywhere!

*easier to identify emotional triggers to eating (and not eating because SSing) and finding ways to change this
* gaining more control over food rather than it controlling you
* learning you have strong will power and feeling proud of it
* not eating take away night after night
* when people notice your weightloss

Disadvantages
* CRAVINGS!!!
* Feeling low with very low weight losses (even when trying to stay positive)
* Mood swings/ Bitchiness ( i feel sorry for my family, lol.)
* Too worried to go out sometimes, even for a walk because you know you will need the loo only a few mins later
* having to go loo in class at college a trillion times and everyone giving you wierd looks
