Advent Calendar Girls 10 Week Challenge!

I've been bad over the last day. Not bad syns wise, just not eating regularly. Forgot to take lunch in yesterday and couldn't get home to pick it up, so ended up having only an orange for lunch!:eek: Needless to say I could have eaten a herd of cows between 2 wheat fields by the time I had dinner last night!

Then to cap it off, slept in this morning so missed breakfast :eek:, on the plus side yesterdays lunch tastes great! Early lunch today, of left over HM fishcake!
 
N.O.N, That. Is. INCREDIBLE! well done!! I think if I had a loss like that I'd fall off the scales! you must be so proud of yourself :)

well done to everyone, even if you had a little gain or STS, you're still on plan so be proud of yourselves :) still plenty of time till chrimbo!!

Good so far today - but off out for a 3-course lunch today as it's our visitors last day here and they are flying back late this afternoon. Will try to be good but not holding out much hope. The Crema Catalana beckons (creme brulee!) . . . :sigh:
 
I'm doing fine, I've had good losses over the past few weeks so it has spurred me on to stay on plan :D

However, I have a meal out on Saturday at a Thai restaurant.... so it could go either way for WI on Sunday. I'm hoping it will help that I had last week's WI 2 days early... :eek:
 
All quiet on the eastern front! (look at my stats to see where I live!)

After yesterday I need a quiet day. Spent far too much time in the 3 store. Wetherspoons was good though!!

Been good food wise so far, had fruit & yogurt for brekkie. Plan to have speed soup for lunch. Can feel the munchies coming on and I don`t have * weeks anymore!! :) Keep wanting white toast & butter!!

Junior has my afternoon mapped out already. Wants a lift to Morrisons - something about a tv. Anyone would think he hadn`t left home!! He usually wants to go in their cafe so I hope he doen`t sabotage my day.

Having cottage pie for dinner tonight. Made the meat part just gotta add the topping. As I`ve only had brekkie and a hi fi bar I can have either ared or EE day. Haven`t decided whether to top the cottage pie with potato or swede. Let ya know later!!
 
I've been angelic so far today... and I will be until WI on Friday, I promise! Need to make up for the enormous (heavenly!!!) slice of cheesecake with clotted cream I nommed down yesterday, which I washed down with far too much wine! Oops!

I'm totally stressed to the max with uni work and totally want to reach for the choccie bars (such a comfort eater!) but after my horrid gain this week, I am resisting temptation - so far!!

I had a gain last week too but struggling with stomach cramps terribly today can't have anymore tablets till 3 :(
 
Sorry all I was meant to weigh in yesterday and it was a mammoth gain of 3lbs! We were away last week so I put it down to the 3 course meal I ate and chronic constipation (didn't go for 5 days! Eek)

Am 100% back on plan, although it's difficult because my nan is in hospital and it's not looking good. I'll try my best and hopefully lose my gain and a bit more!

If you eat crap it will make you feel all sluggish and even worse about yourself.

Step away from the rubbish, take yourself out for a walk, get some fresh air and some endorphins flowing.

Just think how pleased you will be with yourself that you didnt give in.

Well sneaky peek tells me I have put on 41/2 ouch no why but still hurts depression has jusst about killed me these last 2 weeks but it can nnaff from now on b4 it actually does :( wish I could say I had enjoyed it but I havent so what th flip was th point official wi at 6 nd think I might have a good cry before then xx

Wish I coyld, um disabled I can't walk far. I did eat rubbish but within my syns. Just. Still feel blah but ill get over it.

I'm on week one, I weigh on a Monday! Which is a pain as I have to be good on the weekend! & it was a 3lb loss for week one! Thank you!

Yesterday was the second Monday of the challenge! The whole thing kicked off last Mon, and the tenth week will start Mon 19th and end Sun 25th (Christmas Day!). But that's fine, I've put you in purple alongside the rest of us Mon weighers- I'm one too- it can be a pain weighing after the weekend but my consultant says that records show that Mon weighers have the best results overall because they are more likely to be restrained at the weekend knowing they're weighing in on the Mon!!X
