Hi all
I'm on day 4 on the cambridge 1 to 1 diet & I'm struggling to drink black coffee, does anyone have advice on tips to drink coffee without milk or a low fat milk powder alternative if allowed, I miss my coffee so much. Any advice would be helpful.
