Advice/ help please anyone

Morning all I've spent the morning looking at starting LL:)
I only have 2 stones to lose so thinking that LLL would suit me well.

Is it 3 products and a meal ??

Whats the food choices for the meal does anyone know??

And how long would it take me to lose the weight?

LLL is 3 packs and a meal. The meal consists of a certain amount of protein (quite a lot of choice and the amounts allowed vary by type - eg 200g of chicken). It also consists of some fat (eg 2 tsp of oil or salad dressing), at least 3 portions of ceryain vegetables at 80g a portion and a dairy allowance (quite often used as milk).

LL state that you should lose 2 lb a week.

If your BMI is below 30 then you wouldn't be allowed to do LL total (4 packs, no veg, no fat, no protein, no milk) as you don't have enough to lose and you would have to do LLL.
 
This may sound cheeky, but I am currently doing Cambridge diet step 2, 810cals. It's basically the same as LLL. 3 shakes, 3/4 pint skimmed milk, a portion of protein, ( but not red meat or pork?) and a very small portion of 45g certain veg. Been reading through some of these threats and it seems u get alot more choice of food on LLL. I don't suppose any of u would let me know the full list as then I would have alot more choice, I know cheeky, sorry!
