Advice needed please

Good Afternoon Everyone!!

I reached day 7 of CD yesterday and decided that it wasn't for me, I stuck to the plan with no cheating but realised it was making my depression(which is usually mild) worse. I'm not knocking the diet as I have seen many people on here do brilliantly on it, it's just not for me:(

There is nooooooo way I am putting back on the 9lbs I worked so hard to lose so I joined WW last night. I have lost a lot of weight on it before and I'm aware of the reasons I gained so I am determined to make it work this time.

Anyway, the question I wanted to ask is this, what happens when you come out of ketosis but are still eating fewer calories than your body uses up? Does your body retain all the water it lost? Will I put on weight?

I will be peed off if I put on after working sooooo bloomin hard, it was only a week but I went to hell and back in that time!

So I'll be getting on the WW scales next wk and will have put on in the first wk when people normally have a good loss. How embaressing? I'm going to call my leader and explain.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this??????HELP!!!!!!
Hey there... I think maybe try to stick to protein and green veg as much as you can and you will off set the weight loss somewhat!!! please don't be disheartened tho cos you are making changes and that is so good!!
