Hi everyone.

Just wanted to say a quick hello and let you all know my plans so you lot of lovely people can help.

Here goes....
I have just started following the Slimming World healthy eating plan (hate the word DIET)

I plan to create my own weekly diary on here with weekly updates, a few tweets, instagram if I can suss out how to work it, as well as a monthly post of me in only my shorts (not a pretty sight :))

My question is..... Where does the diary go?
Is it in the Diary's section
Slimming world section?
Another section that I have yet to find?
Can it exist in more than one section at a time?

The general idea is that I feel really determined to not be the fat bloke in the picture and once and for all take control of how I look, this new diary will hopefully inspire me and push me on as well as serving as a reminder of how I used to be.
