Advice on Hols??

Hi all,

Need your advice. I have been off track for a week and seeing my CDC tomorrow to be weighed :(

I know I've put on but that's not a problem cos when I get back on, I know I'll lose it!
Thing is in 4 weeks Im going away on hols and was due to come off the diet for that week.
I will be hopefully close to my goal but I'm slightly worried as I've come off thios past week and I don't want to be stopping and starting as it might be bad for my health etc.

What do people think?

I am going on hols in August and hope to be near my target by then.

I intend to have cd shakes for breakfast and lunch then dine out in the evenings but have a low carb meal and have children size meals/portions too.
