Advice on how to make a profile??

Can someone tell me to make my profile on this? Just keeps saying access denied, I actually don't how to work the whole app to be. Honest really new to this, start exante total solutions on Tuesday. Please any advice and help would be greatly appreciated need all the support I can get lol

If you go to the Chit Chat area and do some of the word games, you'll soon get to 50 posts.
