I want to change my profile

Hope someone can help!

I have accessed my account here after a ten-year gap(!) and I want to change lots of details in my profile etc as a lot has changed in my life (and weight).

I've been clicking on all sorts of things and I simply can't work out how to access my profile/account details in a way that allows me to change them...
