Well, to be honest it really depends on what you need to know!. (or what you already know).
Basically, LT is available through your Pharmacist, for a list of those that stock it in your area just google. They will weigh you, have a chat with you and give you a dvd to take home with you for the night that explains everything. You'll bring it back the next day and get your LT packs.
There are 3 different flavours of shakes and chicken soup (I think theres flapjacks too but I cant comment as I've never had them). The shakes are chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. The chicken soup is suitable for vegetarians suprisengly enough!.
I love, love, love the shakes - I think they taste like slim fast - yum. That said, I've heard many on here saying the hate them - find them hard to get down - either way they will grow on you.
You have 3 shakes a day. its equivilant to about 450calories a day (I think).
Your first week will be hard - please be prepared for that, I really struggled, BUT it really really does get easier after that, once your body goes into ketosis (where its burning the fat off at an incredible rate to get energy). When your in ketosis, you will have stinky breath and will be cold. You cant have diet drinks on LT or chewing gum - be very careful. Stick to it 100% (no cheats or blips) as if you eat, it will kick you out of ketosis and all your hard work will be in vain.
If you do this, the results will amaze you!!. I lost 7lbs my first week which if Im honest I was disappointed with as most appear to loose 8,9,10,11,12..... ohtobeslinky lost 16lbs her first week!!!.
You can expect to loose a stone a month but from my experience on here, your first month may be more - stone and a half maybe.
