Step 1 Sole Source + Advice on medication

Hi All

Anyone offer some advise or help,

Due to a back problem and after many consultant reports which they found out I have servere nerve damage and two of my lower discs are fubar, all three consultants have advised that I need to loose weight,

All well and good telling me this but they are expecting me to do it whilst on steriod based medication....that clearly states that one of the side effects is weight gain.... so the big question is do i continue of give up.....

The weight gain from steroids is only from carbs so you shouldn't have a problem on this diet! Make sure you keep on top of water drinking.
