Advice please....

Hey, I have been ss'ing for about a week, or just over and I have just started pre-season training. I was exhausted today.....I have just eaten, chicken, lettuce and cucumber....will I be out of Ketosis. Damn it have I mess up?? x

I never did SS, I went straight to 810 plan and I have been in ketosis the whole time. I`m pretty sure what you`ve had should be ok as long as it wasn`t huge amounts.

I was allowed 175g of Chicken/Turkey Breast and 3 tablespoons of the lettuce and cucumber.

It wont bring you out of ketosis unless you have masses of it.

But I have to wonder why you are on SS. Does your CWPC know you are training?
