Advice please

Hi all
Looking for a bit of advice.
I have just about completed week 4 of lighterlife.
Had a struggle day 5 but got through.
Had a tummy bug week three but got through
The last few days however, I feel i have no energy, plenty to do but just cant seem to find the get up and go.
Am taking all the packs and drinking 2-3 litres per day.
The only thing different is i have started using bars this week.
Over the moon with weight losses but cant see me being able to continue if i feel like this
Can anyone advise

I wouldn't go so far as to blame it on the bars but maybe your body is just coping with the readustment?

My body hasn't played ball at all on this diet and my losses aren't anywhere near as good as other (yes Hanmac I'm talking about you! LOL) but having said that - looking back on my blog I was really lethargic when everyone else was claiming to have loads of energy and then suddenly in week 6 I had more bounce than Tigger :D stick with it - it will come!

Just cant imagine doing a 100 days feeling like this.
But you have given me hope Tigger will reappear.
I assumed i was past the bit of readjustment maybe not after all

You have done so well so far:D
I can't really offer much advice as I've just re-started and last time didn't suffer from energy loss ... that said I did stick to the same packs (including bars) week after week. So it may be what AJB has said & is just your body adjusting.
Bear with it ... we all know this diet works ... fingers crossed you get your bounce back soon

Hoping its just a litlle blip and that i can carry on. Weigh in tomorrow we'll see what has happened.
I have one week of work then off for almost 3 weeks holiday, unfortunately or maybe fortunately not going anywhere. So will be able to pace myself if the energy doesnt kick back in.
Hope your 1st week flies in and sees some good results for you.

It may also have something to do with your menstrual cycle. I know it's a bit obvious but sometimes, especially when we focus on something else (i.e diet) so much we forget we and our bodies still have to go through their normal cycles. Just a thought. I remember when I fisrt did LL I had days or even weeks when my energy levels were just down for no apparent reason only just to go back up from one day to next.
Just stick with it hun, I'm sure it's just a blip. What's the alternative anyway ;)

ah dude, I thought you were on the mend. Are you having enough water, as dehydration could be the cause? I know I struggle to drink all the water.

I've not really had energy loss, except for the first few days, but it was also TOTM. My poor husband got his head bitten off more than once I can tell you!

Yesterday was werid though. I spend all day feeling like my legs were asleep. They felt really heavy and didn't want to go. Today they are fine..........weird!

Not sure what other advice to offer except to keep smiling.

Periods have been non existant for me which i put down to the massive weight and age. I do feel kind of weepy as well. I wonder??
Hmmm perhaps they are making a comeback like Take That not as welcome though lol

I am drinking 2- 3 litres including packs maybe that is not enough for me so i will try and up it 500 at least and see how we go.

And I will keep smiling:)
