I started refeed today, as i'm working at fashion week all week and don't wanna be shakin up milkshakes while i'm dressing the models etc etc.. well, i had some chicken and the salad (no were near the suggested amount) cos i'm sooo freaked out... i feel sooooooooo guilty and i'm thinking of just reverting bk to the shakes tomorro, is this advisable?

I only did the two days and went back to the shakes, the 2 food days i felt so full and bloated and almost quite sick. .. i was surprised at how easy i found the transition back again. Thankfully.. (tht was my weakness last time round)
