advice please!!!

    Hi could someone please give me some advice been doing 810 for 3 weeks and now want to stop to do healthy eating and exersice but really worried when I start to have food I'm going to gain all the weight I've lost back I've googled cambridge diet to weight watchers to give me some clue and the gains some folk are having are terrible please someone tell me this is not true I will still eat healthily and work out I can't continue wil cd much longer xx

    Why don't you try moving up to 1000 for 2 weeks & then do WW without the weeklies for 2 weeks (works out around 1200 cals if you're on 29 PP)? That's what I'm going to do :)

    You won't gain fat when you re-introduce carbs (unless you go mad), it will be water & glycogen stores filling back up, you will see losses again after a few weeks when you swap diets, you just have to stick with them! Good luck whatever you decide
