advice please

hi 11 days ago i weighed 14st11lb i was meant to do the diet which i did for 4 days but ended up having 4 days off (4large zinger tower meals 3 chi[ppies and a kebab house with snacks...anyway i am on day 3 bak on plan but thought i need to get weighed see if i lost anything...i now weigh 14stone 3 so should i count it as week 1 8 lb loss or go from today
 
Count it a loss is a loss and well done ya lucky beggar lol
 
so week one 8lb and then ill go from thursday as week 2 so its a realistic 2 week weigh in if that makes sense
 
it was the thursday i weighed 14.11 so its 10 days i think but if i just go from thursday even if its a small loss i can just average it ?
 
Yeah that sounds fine but I defo wouldn't just chuck a 8lb loss away lol

no mate its how it is with me if it comes off it comes off fast but if it doesnt come off it goes on quick aswel...but id expect it to working in a kfc its not just like having a normal day off with a 700 calorie burge thenr fries and thats just the start lol
 
well i lost another 2lb since sunday so if i go from weigh day 2 weeks ago its 10lb loss so im averaging it 5lb per week but only 2 weeks in nearly reached my stone :D
