Hi all I'm in my first week n trying to be 110 %


Saturday I do lunch with my mum n little one, in keeping with SW I can have a vegetable based omelette n salad no dressing

Now it's going to be cooked in oil but obviously I don't know how much

Do you think if I just don't have any other syns that day them that'll be adequate?

Any advice appreciated!
 
This is the average but will give you an idea

Eggs, omelette, plain, cooked with fat, average, 120g serving 4 4 4

I've just realised I can avoid this whole thing with a jacket potato n beans n salad! :)
 
An omelette wouldn't be too high in syns but you could check out the menu for something syn free too Hun.
i always like to save syns where possible so I can use them on something more enjoyable like chocolate or beer lol xx
