advice please

HI there - just a quick question, can anyone tell me how many carbs I should count for a roast chicken soup? It says on the pack - total carbs 28.9g - as sugars 11.9g. protein 15.7g and fibre 0.5 g. so, I understand there is some calculation to get your 'net carbs' but cant work out what this should be.

I have not been loosing weight for the last couple of weeks :( so I wanted to start to really count the carbs and calories as well to see where I am going wrong.

thanks
Kate
