I guess the best thing to do would be to graduate up the plans because you continue to lose. Are you doing ss+ at the moment?

I suppose it would be best to speak to your CDC about stepping up the plans, but i would think it probably best to go up to SS+ first then 810 for a couple of weeks rather than directly to 1000cal...

I assume as a bloke you are having 4 packs a day? If you exercise then why not add in a 5th pack or an extra bit of protein on those days prior to the workout... not on the plan but it might be enough to give you the boost you need for the workout, while allowing you to stick on the programme a bit longer....?
