advice please

hi all im now on refeed day 2 and i am following the sheet to the letter but im a little confused as what to do after the 7 days. i was thinking of doing a low fat like ww diet is this ok to do????
any advice would be great xx


start weight 16st4 :sigh:
end weight after 13 weeks now at 12st1 :D
now on refeed day 2

Yes that would be okay. The refeed should perhaps be done to day 14, as you have lost over 4 stone, but once you finish refeed, then any diet really should still give you losses until you reach your target weight.

I am on day 13 and I am following calories to lose the remaining lbs. Good luck on refeed, how are you enjoying eating again?

yeh loving it to be honest but the protions seem to be big or is it just me haha. im gunna have fish 2nite is salmon allowed or is it not yet i get confused wot fish is classed as white fish x

I would think it would be ok, as tuna is allowed. I think I had salmon or trout on the 3rd day.

I had steamed cod last night, sprinkled with basil and poured juice from half a lemon on it, it was delicious.

The portions do seem big the first few days, but you soon get used to eating a healthy portion. Just listen to your body, chew slowly and stop when you are full up. It takes about 20 minutes for your brain to realise you are full up. Drink plenty of water
