Advice?

Made the mistake of going to the cinema absolutely starving and ate half a small sweet popcorn? Is it as bad as I think? Any idea on Syns and should I just cut back on Syns or carry on as normal and hope for the best? X

It's 5.5syns for 25grams,not sure of the weight of cinema tubs tho x
I'd just forget it,draw a line and get back on plan xx
