Hi all im on day7 n struggling to go loo can i use aloe vera colon cleanse to help me along? I dnt have the box to give anymore details.

best thing for you to do is to get some ducalax to help you go and then pop into Holland and barretts and get some of the PHILLUS HUSK capsulas.. hope it gets things moving.. the Aloe vera stuff may knock you outta ketosis
I think scarybush means psyllium husk capsules. They are great! You take 6 per day ut they just give you the bulk you need to go. Never have any problems these days
