So am on my 2nd week of SW and weigh in tomorrow morning, I lost a whole 1/2 lb in my first week which I was disapointed with as did well and when I tried it back in Jan I lost 5 1/2 in first week, but left after 2weeks as just couldnt get my head around it.
I am wondering if it the diet for me or if ww would be better, or if I should try red and green rather than ee as struggling to eat 1/3 superfree with every meal, dont like salad except onions and pepper(mainly in cooking ie stir fry) and am getting fed up of eating fruit with breakfast and lunch as am using it as snacks!!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

All of the plans work on SW but they do tend to push the EE now. I love EE but quite often do the others ( I am green today ) so maybe give them a try.

Our consultant does advise however that you should do the third superfree on green too so maybe you would be better off sticking to original xxxx

I think you answered your own question. If you're not eating 1/3 superfree with each meal & doing EE then you will be disappointed.

I do mainly green days, just because I'm not really a fan of meat. Why not give green/red days a go & see how you get on.

If you're struggling to get your 1/3 superfree in try blitzing carrots/swede/any veg & mixing in with a sauce to add to your meal.

thanks guys, im not too bad with veg, i can eat broccoli, green beans, carrots, carrot and swede but only with gravy, or a garlic sauce etc lol
Ill have to read my book later, for once in my life I dont want to give up but I dont want to be fed up

What about trying making a SW friendly gravy using oxo & smash to thicken it? Never tried it myself & just made it up, but it could work:rolleyes:

Theoretically that really COULD work lol I know what I'm trying this weekend!!! I'd have gravy on everything if it wasn't syn'ed lol

I make gravy by simmering chopped onions in beef stock ccube with a little mustard powder then blitzing it all up

If you do it in this way using smash it is classed as a tweak and you would have to take the higher sun value for however much you use. Sorry to be a killjoy
