Hi everyone :)


I need some advice, I want to start back on the Cambridge diet ASAP ! But I have my works Christmas party tomorrow :( which I don't think will be to much of a problem as I just won't have any of the food... It's just the temptation of everyone drinking around me. Also on Friday I have a works meal out that I can't get out of.

Soo what I need help with is when do you guys think I should start the diet?? If I don't eat or drink tomorrow night and stick to salad or chicken and veg on Friday do you think that will be ok??

Start.. at least it will be a start, know that you have these two planned nights and that you face any gain, with the knowledge that it is not an excuse to go off plan.

I started last Monday again, and I've got next Friday and Sunday off but will be back on it Saturday in-between and straight on it again Monday...
