Hey folks, I need some advice!! I get weighed today but not until 13.30, am I best to avoid everything, water, shakes etc, until then or can I just treat it like a normal day?? All advice welcome and thanks in advance xx
I tend to stop eating and drinking a couple of hours before weigh in because my times move around. But whatever you chose to do just do it consistently week on week and you'll get a true reflection of what you've lost.
