After a few months out the game..

Well, basically over June - August it was the festival season, mixed in with a few boozy holidays I put my progress back slightly.

I weighed myself at the start of september and I was a staggering gastropod like 14st.13lbs (or near there) According to my gym scales ( more accurate) but my home ones said 15.2lbs.

I was angry, so out came the maximuscle promax and after 5 days a week gym sessions, and a radical cut in crap from my diet today I weighed in at the gym 14st.4lbs. (and my home scales 14.7lbs) so im pleased.

13st is my target weight before Jan which might be a tall order, but who knows.

My average diet now is:

Breakfast - Bran Flakes, maximuscle scoop
11am Snack - Maximuscle scoop, or a bowl of chopped fruit.
Lunch - Tuna Sandwhich on nimble bread, or several chicken legs.
Other snack, maybe fruit.
Dinner - Something small, maybe 2 boiled eggs.

Not sure if you can see too much of a difference. Pic on the left was taken 17th September, the right 6th October.

Update. Weighed myself this morning. My home scales this morning said 13st 12lbs. Last night gyming it, came in at 13st.13.
 
Not sure why my moobs appear bigger than the previous few weeks? well heres a shameless picture of recent progress, including a timewarp from my april campaigns.

From 3 weeks ago (Around 31st October)

I've now gone from being 13.13 on my home scales this morning, to 13.7-8.

Steady 5lb loss. sweet
