I'm going to do the Paul McKenna thing - I've done it before in the past and it worked really well for me until I gave up on it for some stupid reason I can't even remember! I think I forgot to listen to the CD a couple of times, and got out of the good habits before they were properly instilled in me. Don't want to be on a diet for the rest of my life! I want to be able to make the right choices instinctively.
