Afternoon all....

First time on here, have tried LL in the past, but found it a little too "hardcore" for my tastes, am now doing Cambridge for the 2nd time, for some reason, I have got into a lot easier this time. I am lucky that my partner is also doing the diet, (she is trying to shed diabetes) so we have zero food in the house, which helps immensely!

I was 24 stone dead at my first weigh in, I am hoping that when I next weigh in on Friday, I should have lost around 2 stone...

So, bit of a break, but think I've finally cracked the diet to do!
Been on Slimming World for 18 months, 3.5 stone done!
