cor I didn't know this forum exsisted, I cant even tell how i stumbled onto it but, I'm glad I did.

now that must be fate

just joined this afternoon

I have 2 1/2 stone to lose, at the minute I have just been cutting down

so I'm hoping to get some ideas and tips from you all

I will now have a wander around and get to know the site
