This is my third week and last night was just to much, I cooked a lovely pie last night and . . . . I just couldn't help myself as I stood there and had a little slice, don't know what I was thinking I was telling myself to stop and put it down but I was so hungry.

Don't worry Honey.... The majority of us have had the odd hiccup along the way... As long as it is in the past and you get straight back to TFR for the rest of your journey you will be fine x
