Agggghhhhh I gave in.

    This is my third week and last night was just to much, I cooked a lovely pie last night and . . . . I just couldn't help myself as I stood there and had a little slice, don't know what I was thinking I was telling myself to stop and put it down but I was so hungry.

    Ohhhh I feel so stupid:break_diet:

    'Sighs' back on track today.

    Have done, been good today, had my 2 cups of soup and i think I'm due another one a an hour or so, again thank you all for your support. xxx
