I think a sachet makes just over 250g, but please don't hold me to that!

im probably being thick but when it says 'dried 100g cooked' does that mean 100g dried weight cooked, or the dried stuff, 100g cooked weight. seems confusing but its probably just me! lol.

You'll find the list of syns further up this thread. The syn value is for 100g of cooked cous cous rather than the dry weight.

I suppose you'd need to weight it to be sure but yes, if it's 250g then it would be 1.5 syns.

In my directord it says that Spice sensation couscous is FREE on green and 6.0 on RED.

The tangy one is FREE on green and 6.5 on RED.

Think there is some mix up somewhere....

How old is your directory? I would assume that the online version is more up-to-date as the directory is only ever completely up-to-date at the time it is published.

I just had some Spice sensation there and the dry weight of the full packet is 75g and about 110g when cooked so Ive just counted this as half a syn.
