im probably being thick but when it says 'dried 100g cooked' does that mean 100g dried weight cooked, or the dried stuff, 100g cooked weight. seems confusing but its probably just me! lol.
 
sorry to raise this one again, but i have a full packet of Tangy couscous - do you know on EE how many syns this is?

dried is 100g pack?

You'll find the list of syns further up this thread. The syn value is for 100g of cooked cous cous rather than the dry weight.
 
thanks for the reply - what im confused is how much does 100g make of cooked?

if it is 250g then im guessing my TT would be 1.5 syns on EE?

How old is your directory? I would assume that the online version is more up-to-date as the directory is only ever completely up-to-date at the time it is published.
 
I just had some Spice sensation there and the dry weight of the full packet is 75g and about 110g when cooked so Ive just counted this as half a syn.
