Alcohol at the weekends

I had been doing, not sure it's recommended but I can forgo most things, but not my weekend wine! I do more or less syn free (perhaps having 2 or 3 syns a day at most) and then enjoy my wine at the weekend :D I've lost 2.5 stone so far, although it has taken me 7 months. I've not had a drink so far this year as I am busy with some work stuff, and it has been weird trying to find other things to 'spend' syns on! I'm guessing that having all your syns like that won't suit everyone though, and you have to have willpower not to get drunk and eat bad stuff ;)
