hannon89 Full Member 19 June 2013 #2 Yes it is allowed lol pretty much anything is within your syns...i usually go for vodka (2.5 syns for 25ml) and diet coke/lemonade, Jack daniels is 3 syns for 25ml...try to avoid alchopops like smirnoff ice, wkd etc they're quite high! x
