Aldi Cheese Emporium Smooth & Creamy Soft Cheese Reduced Fat

Hi All

Bought this the other day thinking I could use it as a Hex B on a green day but its not in my Free Branded Foods book. I've compared the nutritional info with Phlli Light and am confuzzled!

Aldi is 155 cal per 100g, with 11g protein and 11g fat
Philli is 155 cal per 100g, with 8.2g protein and 11g fat

Will just use as I would Phlli Light but not sure why its not included - any ideas?

The top B item on the list online is "110g low fat soft cheese" or you can have "75g medium fat soft cheese". These cover any brands that are not specifically listed as being otherwise.

Dont know what % fat counts as low fat/medium fat though, sorry.

Its not free though, its a HEX. I dont have that book, does it include HEXes as well?

Yes, the free foods book has a section for both Hex A and B which makes it quite useful. Just thought this cheese was a strange omission!
