Can anyone help me out? Aldi do packs of cheese slices in various types e.g Gouda, Emanthall etc.

What are the syns of these and is there any way in which they can be used as a HexB?

If you just mean actual cheese sliced in packs rather than individually wrapped plastic cheese slices then they can be used as a HEXA just the same as if you sliced it yourself. Dependant upon variety it's between 30-35g or 40g for lighter varieties. If it is the prewrapped stuff then 3 are a hex A.
