Hiya - I have just been to Aldi to get some stuff as I am trying to economise & saw the benefit bars, I bought the summer fruit one & the chocolate orange one's, I have synned them up and they are 3 syns each - don't think they are a HEXB though but they are way cheaper than Alpen lights, you get 6 in a box & they are really nice.

I get my Alpen lights for 99p a box from B & M's. I may try a box as I usually go to Aldi for my fruit and veg, every penny counts.

There is a store called B&M Bargains - we have one here but the Alpen Lights there are £1.29 a box, if you have one near you it is worth going to, some of the stuff is so cheap and mine sells the SW branded tins of flavoured Tuna
