I studied my new food directory very carefully and set off to buy some Lamb Shanks from Aldi which are shown as free on original and EE.

Came home really pleased with myself and looking forward to a nice Sunday dinner and checked in book again. Its says free for a tomato and red wine sauce and I've bought a rosemary and mint sauce instead.

Do you think it will still be free - looked in the book and can't find it.....

    Help please

I had one of these lamb shanks for tea last night and i have to say it was amazing and well worth the 3.5syns. They were £3.50 for 2, and come individually packed so if you wanted only 1 you could save the other for another time. Lots of meat and no grizzle or fat which is unusual for lamb.
