I've been told thT Aldi smoked mackerel is free.Has anyone else confirmed this -I looked at syns online but it's not there.I thought all smoked mackerel was synned.
I was reading a recipe thread this morning about smoked mackeral pate and it was disscussing different syn values. There for can only presume its synned! I m sure they said the asda one was lowest syns. i hope that helps i m not really sure xx
thanks all. Messaged Cat who also put it in her recipe thread and she put it through ther syns calcualtor and contacted syns on line whom confirmed that only the plain chilled Aldi almare brand is free
