Aldi Soup and Noodles HELP!!

    hi

    i only re-joined slimming world yesterday and have a soup in my fridge from aldi (carrot one in the plastic tub) and i wondered how many syns it is?? i honestly cant find the answer anywhere and want to be sure im doing it right. also i read on another thread there cheap noodles (18p a packet) are only 2.5syns a packet? could someone confirm this. which flavour is that for??

    We don't count free food value in soups so you can use the 1syn:20kcal rule to give you an idea. Shop bought soup tends to be pretty high though. Can't help with the noodles sorry!!

    Not sure which ones you mean but the aldi instant noodles (like supernoodles) are 5.5 to 6 syns per packet xx
