Al'fez Falafel Mix

Hi,
Had a lush dinner of falafel with wholemeal pitta salad and a spoon of hoummus thinned with yogurt
Does any one know the syn values of the falafel mix? I had a third of the box

Alfez Falafel Mix, made up as directed, dried, 100g made up - 12 syns on EE

The packet advised you fried in an inch of oil, but I fry-lighted it, wonder if that makes a difference?

Possibly - if that is the syns for made up as directed, and directed is fry in oil, some would probably be down to the oil. Difficult to say how much though.

The syns are down to what is in the mix, any oil would be extra x

A patty/ball made from chickpeas, spices... Eaten in pitta breads usually! Taste like onion bargi's IMO... But without the onion lol

I only made them yesterday after searching the net for veggie burgers and falafel veggie burgers came up on the good food site! I had heard of them but didn't know they were made of chickpeas lol
