All Calorie Counters That Have Messaged Me Please Read!! :)

Hi fellow calorie counters! :)

I know, long time no speak! I plateaued at 70.5kg a couple of weeks ago and so decided I NEEDED a break! I've been eating what I want and have gone back up to 72kg, which I'm not complaining at :)

During that time I've been doing some thinking and I know I'm borderline bulimic... every symptom applies to me (except I don't make myself sick/do laxatives... but I do obsessively go to the gym to burn off every calorie I've eaten)... so I wanted to nip it in the bud! :)

Buuuuut... I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone that's ever written to me on here! You're all a massive inspiration and very supportive and motivating!

Even though I've not been writing on here, I've still logged in every day to see what you've all been upto and I've got to say, you're all doing brilliantly!! Well done!! :D

Here's the down side, and you're all going to hate me! :p I'm being a traitor and sneaking over to weight watchers to give it a try, sorryyyyy! It's just I got to a VERY restrictive point with my calories and ended up not being very healthy over things... and with weight watchers it seems to promote a more healthy mental attitude towards eating and I think the thought of free foods will stop me from wanting to fall off the wagon or binge!

I'll still come back over to calorie counting all the time though and report back! And I want to see that you lot are all still doing amazingly and losing those pounds! :p

So yes, there's my massive ramble when all I really wanted to say was THANKYOU!! :D

Lozzy I'm relieved, I had become a little concerned about how low you were going and it's a testament to your common sense that you can spot it even though the weight loss can be addictive.

You are such a smart, determined girl and you'll bloom wherever you're planted. All the best to you with WW. Remember, no matter the club or plan, it's all about feeding yourself food that fortifies your body and defends it against disease (nurse-hat on here!), as well as tasting great. I hope you continue to take care of yourself. :D

Awww thankyou sooooo much everyone! You're all amazing!! (It's so strange that the most support you get on this subject is from people you've never met, but it means so much to me everyone!! :))

WW is sooooo much more relaxed! I feel like I'm eating more and the thought of "free foods" stops me from panicking over not being able to have anything else for the day! I feel like I've got a more healthy attitude to eating, rather than it being a diet, I would definitely recommend it to anyone! :) Although I've not had my first weigh in yet, so fingers crossed it pays off!! :p

Hope everthing's still going well for everyone! I still keep having a sneaky check up on you all and you all seem to be doing brilliantly! :D xx
