I only joined sw last week & already had a meal planned at an all you can eat buffet for Thursday night. I'm not worried about the volume i will eat as i don't eat big portions (which is why i only go to these places when they have a 1/2 price offer on)..
I have/am saving my syns for the week. Do you think i can get away with this & still have a loss on Friday morning?
I have a plan, not to over indulge on prawn crackers (just a couple) & to go for the veg & seafood, not a massive rice or noodle fan. I will have a little bit of dessert, but mainly think it will be the fruit salad maybe with a little ice cream on...
